… Power it up, pick a game and play. America's new pastime is playtime. Everything from good old crossword puzzles to the new favorites like Sudoku – find the number, fill in the blank, pick the right color, find the right pattern. It's the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. It's exciting, even addicting, and definitely fun.

"It's a good way to have fun and stay connected with the generation below us," said Mary Tentoria, a regular at Game Café in Independence. "My father had Alzheimer's so it's always a concern of mine and my family's... So anything I can do to give me another day with my family is a day well spent."… > full story
